Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will never need to return one of our products, but should you ever not be happy with anything, please use the following steps.

All returns must be received within 28 days of purchase.

Enclosed with your delivery note you will have received a returns form, please fill this in clearly stating the reason for your return.

If your item was delivered by courier, please call us on 01403 864411 to arrange a collection.

If your item was received via Royal Mail, please post back (where possible using the original packaging) and obtain proof of postage. 

Please allow 2 weeks from collection/postage in order for your account to be credited.

Refunds will only be made to the original card that was used to purchase the item.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functionality of the product whilst you are responsible for it.  (This includes, in the context of a return when the product is in transit back to us)

Delivery

Please note that we offer two types of delivery.

Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail is charged at £3 and you will receive your goods within 3-5 working days.  Please note that some products do not have this option available.  This is clearly stated for each individual product.

Next Day delivery is via our courier Interlink and is charged at £7.  Our couriers will contact you directly via text message to inform you of a 1hr time slot in which your delivery will arrive.  This text will offer you options to re arrange your delivery should you wish to.  Orders need to be placed before midday in order to qualify for next working day delivery.  Please note that next day delivery does not include Saturdays.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100.

Should you wish to place an order which needs to be posted outside of Mainland UK, please contact us on 01403 864411 to discuss your options.

Please note that we cannot deliver to any of the following: Military bases, British forces Post Office, HM Prisons and PO boxes.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, or has arrived incomplete, then please first check your order of confirmation.  If your order received does not match your order confirmation then please contact us on 01403 864411 or via email at info@biscuitfridays.co.uk.

If your order has arrived and any of your goods are damaged in any way, please follow our returns procedure.
